HOW DOES WORK?

TIGERToGo™ is a program that runs on handle-held devices running Windows CE, Laptops running Windows, or desktops running Windows. TIGERToGo™ synchronizes service order information with your Tigerpaw CRM+ database, pulling Work Performed, Work Requested, Time Logs, and Expenses on the SO and sending back new Work Performed, Time Logs, and Expenses.

TIGERToGo™ gives the flexibility to be "Offline". TIGERToGo™ is unique because it functions independent of CRM+. It synchronizes with CRM+ on the local LAN, WAN, or over the Internet. We built TIGERToGo™ for companies with technicians who are not always connected to the Internet, yet they still need the Work Requested on service orders, plus the ability to add Time Logs, Expenses and Work Performed to their service orders.

TIGERToGo™ synchronizes Service Order data from Tigerpaw CRM+ for the technician. It gathers Service Orders assigned to the technician and Service Orders with tasks assigned to the technician.
