Local Company receives national recognition

MONROE, Wis.–Computer Heroes, Inc. has received national recognition for integration and customization of customer relation management software for companies throughout the United States.

Recently, Computer Heroes, Inc. service manger Josh Montgomery traveled to Manhattan in New York, NY, to install and customize the Tigerpaw Business Suite customer relations management software for Retail Automation Products.

Tigerpaw Software is headquartered in Omaha, NE.

For several years, Montgomery has spearheaded an effort to expand Computer Heroes services to include integration and customization services for Tigerpaw Business Suite. "We recognized the potential of this product to provide us a niche we can leverage regionally and nationally," Montgomery said.

"We dove into this product in order to become experts at it. We develop customized applications for our clients to fit business processes not covered by the software and we develop custom reports to give decision makers the information they need in a format they can use," said company president Eric Skelton.

That expertise has led Tigerpaw Software's sales team and the development team to refer clients from across the country to Computer Heroes. "I direct customers to call Eric and his team because I have seen their work and it is excellent and because they have always been responsive to my customers' needs," said Ed Spence of Tigerpaw Software's development team. Computer Heroes has worked for clients in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, California, Delaware, and New York.

"We purchased Tigerpaw software and attempted to integrate it into our system," said Jeff Voorhees, Chief Operating Officer of Retail Automation Products. "We are a fast-paced, agile company serving clients throughout Manhattan. At first, we struggled with the implementation of Tigerpaw on our own. We finally called our sales rep at Tigerpaw Software seeking a reference of someone to help us. He told us to call Computer Heroes. I'm glad he gave us their name. Josh came to our location and helped us fit Tigerpaw into our business processes. Integration of Tigerpaw has not been easy because it impacts so many parts of our business, but with Josh's help we were able to make it work for us and see the long term return from it."

Tigerpaw Software is soon releasing CRM+. This upgrade to their Business Suite will add a host of new and valuable features. "We are excited about the new version and the added features to the product," Skelton said. "As the product grows and improves, the necessity for expert integration and implementation also grows and that is the role Computer Heroes will continue to play."
