Josh Montgomery leads training seminar
MONROE, Wis. –Josh Montgomery, service manager for Computer Heroes, Inc., recently returned from Computer Bay and Miken Sports, in Caledonia, Minn., where he conducted two Tigerpaw Business Suite software training seminars.
Tigerpaw Business Suite software allows businesses to manage sales, quoting, tracking customer service and inventory in one software package. The four modules present a complete customer relations software that interfaces with popular accounting programs.
On March 27-28, Montgomery took attendees through a step-by-step introduction to each module of the software, making sure they knew how to use all the functions available within the program. He then helped them implement the program with their own database. He also assisted the attendees in creating their own security policies for their database.
On April 1, Montgomery returned to Computer Bay’s second site in Mankato, Minn., to help get the program up and running. He assisted with creating the link from Tigerpaw to their accounting system.
