Local company implements business process system that saves tens of thousands of dollars.

MONROE , Wis. – Computer Heroes, Inc. employees recently traveled to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to assist Convergent Communications. Eric Skelton, president and Josh Montgomery, service manager, guided the implementation and customization of Tigerpaw CRM+, a customer-relations management and business-process software. Through their unique approach, Computer Heroes, Inc. guided the implementation that will save Convergent over $70,000 per year.

“Convergent Communications was referred to us by Tigerpaw Software. The Tigerpaw company has continued to increase their referrals to us. It is our goal to become the number one implementation team in the United States for their software,” said Skelton.
